“ We were very impress with The Dining Room, so we decided to try The Living Room. We booked in advance and got a seat by the window with Opera House view. The food was delicious. The lamb with polenta was very tender, the prawn chilli pasta was tasty and the chicken caesar salad was nice. We also had their housemade gelato as dessert, my favorite is the vanilla & chocolate flavor. The staff were attentive. Shout out to Kim, she was very polite, informative & full of smile. Park Hyatt never fail to deliver the best dining experience! ”
“ Went with a friend for my birthday The view is amazing, better off no P&O crisis shop blocking it Service was first class and attentive. The Sydney posters were delicious. I had the stranded barramundi which was excellent. Desserts were divine. Only negative is the wine list is not good value. ”

“ We went there for lunch today. We wanted to order a well done steak, the waiter said it will be 45 mins wait. We ordered the beef cheek instead. The beef cheek was very tender and delicious. However the sausage was salty, also Dory was too plain. For deserts, we ordered the basque cheese cake, it was delicious, but the surface of the cheese cake was burn like a charcoal unfortunately. The service and the atmosphere of the restaurant were excellent, and the view of opera house and the harbour view are beautiful. The location is excellent. ”
